SIGNED UNDER THREAT OR FRAUD?

Contract is only made if there is free consent. Unless you were forced, threatened, tricked or misled into signing — then your consent was NOT free. The Civil Code of the Philippines provides that contracts may be rescinded or invalidated based on the following grounds of voidability or invalidity: intimidation, violence, fraud, undue influence (under Article 1330). If you are not giving the signature willingly and knowingly, your signature is not a valid signature. There is no real bond that one cannot break without consent.
