Atty. Panaligan earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Batangas (UB) in 2025. On the same year she has successfully passed the 2025 #AmyingForExcellence Bar Examination under Associate Justice Amy Lazaro-Javier, her “Bar Mom”.
During her years in law school, she once became a dean’s lister which placed her in the UB Law Journal, an organization that writes case digests of recent jurisprudence, featured articles regarding current issues and weighing legislative bills with a positive and negative stance.
She also became a member of the UB Moot Court and Debate Society, an organization that participates in outside school debates and moot court competitions. In 2023, she was privileged to participate in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition held at the University of Sto. Tomas.
As part of her Clinical Legal Education Program, she was exposed to legal consultations under the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Batangas Chapter. She also extended assistance on Solo Parents by providing seminars on the Expanded Solo Parents Welfare Act and helped them with registration under her Human Rights Advocacy.
She believes that these experiences developed not only her skills in the legal field such as research and reasoning but as well as her identity as who she is right now. A lawyer who seeks expertise in the legal profession while being fully committed to serving the people.
