He obtained his Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy degree from the De La Salle University and his Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo De Manila University Law School.

Prior to joining CCPC Law, he gained his experience in handling corporate and taxation matters, including accounting concerns, when he worked for Isla, Lipana& Company (Price,Waterhouse, Coopers) as an Associate Auditor, which exposed him to different industries. He started his own accounting firm last 2009 which focused in helping small and medium scaled businesses in their tax compliance, bookkeeping and accounting requirements.

He served as President of Rural Bank of San Rafael, Bulacan, Inc. until 2012, which exposed him in the banking industry and corporate management. He used to teach as a professor of the Bulacan State University Law School.

He served as a confidential, technical and legal consultant to Philippine Postal Savings Bank, Inc., Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, Filagro Rural Bank Inc., the Local Government of San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan and the Senate of the Philippines.

He worked as a Legal Specialist of the Ateneo School of Government under Project Laya devoted to improve the anti-corruption and revenue collection efforts of the Philippines’ Department of Finance. He contributed his expertise in audit, taxation, tariff and customs laws, to help improve existing regulations of the Department of Finance and Bureau of Customs.

He is active in the community. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
