The recent Advisory of Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) No. 24, Series of 2024, provides that entities licensed to recruit workers from abroad are prohibited from collecting any fee (Article 33 of Qatar Law No.14 of 2004).

This is one of the results of DMW’s effort on propagating and collaborating with different countries to waive their fees for our Migrant Workers.
