The SC emphasized that the prohibition is to protect borrowers from losing properties that may be worth more than their debt.

Furthermore, ownership can only be transferred through foreclosure and a public auction.

“𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀.” – 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗻

Conducted by the Anvaya Recreational Committee, the teams with colors Yellow, Green, Blue, and Red went through several games to build strategies and camaraderie. In the end, the team Red (team CTP) served as the champion as they garnered the highest points in the accumulated results of the tasks.
